Souper Tuesdays returns again this year! Join the Peconic Land Trust and local farmers each Tuesday in August to purchase and enjoy a delicious soup made by the Market using ingredients from a local farmer who leases lands conserved by the Peconic Land Trust. This year's featured farms include Amber Waves, Balsam, Sunset Beach and the Trust's own Quail Hill. While there, be sure to enjoy local olive oil and wine tastings, along with live music, and take time to meet the farmers and Trust staff. Soup is $6/bowl with proceeds to support the work of the Trust. Rain cancels.
