Friends Raise Funds For Amagansett Employee
"Mark's greatest pride was his daughter, whom he loved immeasurably."

AMAGANSETT, NY — Co-workers have joined together to help the family of a man who passed away, leaving heavy hearts in all who loved him.
A GoFundMe, "Mark Hogg Memorial Fund," created by Joanne Cox on behalf of Courtney Hogg, was created to help.
"Mark Hogg, a loving, happy, and kind man passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 45. He is leaving behind a lovely daughter, amongst his family and friends. Mark's greatest pride was his daughter, whom he loved immeasurably. He also loved riding his motorcycle. Mark always had a smile on his face that was contagious to everyone around him," the page said.

"Mark just had his 4 year anniversary for working for Amagansett Building Materials. He worked in the yard, and was a driver, delivering lumber all over the South Fork of Long Island. He was always willing to work late, and work on the weekends. His work ethic is something that will be missed. Mark was more than a coworker to us, he was a friend.
And, the page said, "While the memory of Mark will go on forever, his income will not."

In addition to funeral expenses, his family will need help, the page said. "From the extended family of Amagansett Building Materials, we are trying to help Mark's family with . . . future expenses. Mark would do anything he could to help anyone in need, and we are asking you to help his family in need during this difficult time."
All donations will go directly to his family, the page said. "Mark's smile will be missed by all of us."
