
Dock to Dish, a fishery based in Montauk was recently featured on ABC’s TV The Chew.
The show stars Mario Batali, Carla Hall, Clinton Kelly, Daphne Oz, and Michael Symon who discuss cooking, home entertaining and food trends such as food trucks and urban gardens.
The fishery consists of a crew of veteran seafarers who founded the original Community Supported Fishery of New York State and the first Restaurant Supported Fishery in North America in 2012.

Dock to Dish was featured on the show for their 24 hour ‘dock to dish’ policy where they guarantee that members will receive fish that was freshly caught.
“We bring in fresh product everyday and it’s nice to know that it’s being sold locally, and that people appreciate they know they’re getting fresh fish,” Captain Bruce Beckwith said in the clip.

In the clip, the group of captains from the fishery said that the waters out in Montauk offer over 50 different types of shellfish and finfish and explained that right after fileting and packing the fish, it goes to the pickup locations for members to pickup.
