East Hampton, NY --- f you love local seafood, you will love the latest servings from the East End Chef’s Program. This month, we will feature chef Paul LaBue from the Seafood Shop, located on Montauk Highway in Wainscott. To welcome dinner guests, Chef Paul will offer a variety of mouth-watering Tapas, each a delight to your taste buds. His first course will be a salad of pickled beets and succulent sea scallops, followed by a Tomato and Cucumber Gazpacho. The main course will be a delicious pan seared Monkfish in the style of Paella Valencia. If you haven’t ever tasted this dish, you will want to enjoy it again and again, it’s so delicious. And finally as a surprise, Chef Paul will create one of his outstanding desserts.

This wonderful dinner will be served on March 30 at 6:30 PM at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in East Hampton. The price for the dinner is $25.00, payable at the door. Wine is $5 and water is $1. All funds go to support the church’s local scholarship program.
