Man Charged With Felony After Shoving Woman in Montauk, Throwing her Phone, Violating Order of Protection: Police
The Bridgehampton man also threw the woman's cell phone, breaking the screen, police said.

MONTAUK, NY - A Bridgehampton man, 42, was arrested after he violated an order of protection, shoving a woman and throwing her cell phone, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, the man was arrested on Wednesday at 12:58 a.m. on West Lake Drive in Montauk after he shoved a woman in the back; he also threw her cell phone, breaking the screen.
The man, who is not identified to protect the identity of his victim, was charged with second degree harassment, physical contact, a violation, first degree criminal contempt for violating an order of protection, a felony, and criminal mischief, intent to damage property, a misdemeanor, police said.

Bail was set at $10,000 at his arraignment, police said.
