Man Charged With Felony DWI After East Hampton Arrest: Police
The man was seen driving off the road with his high beams on, police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY - A Springs man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after he was arrested recently, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Jose A. Pedilla-Deleg, 30, was arrested on June 12 on Abrahams Path and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, due to a prior DWI conviction within the past 10 years.
Pedilla-Deleg was driving a 2008 Nissan north and failing to maintain his lane by driving off the pavement and onto the dirt shoulder while failing to dim his high beam headlights, police said.

The strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected on his breath, his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, he had poor coordination when asked for identification, was unsteady on his feet, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests administered, police said.
Cash bail was set at $5,000 at his arraignment, police said.
