The show’s producer, Joe Lauro brought the bands together including the HooDoo Loungers, Black & Sparrow, Randall Hudson, Sarah Conway, Mama Lee & Rose, Joe Delia and Inda Eaton.
The HooDoo Loungers brings all the sounds, excitement from the funk of the Neville Brothers and the Meters, to the R&B of Dr. John and Professor Longhair. The nine piece band offers a variety of sounds for a great night of music.
Black & Sparrow typically play acoustic guitars as the duo Black and Sparrow, but Klyph Black and John Sparrow were also partners in the electrified band Rumor Has It.
Randall Hudson is a guitarist well known for his work on Long Island and beyond. He has toured with bands in the US and Europe.
Sarah Conway sings an eclectic mix of great tunes from country rock to blues, jazzy swing, and gospel. She plays frequently with her band, The Playful Souls, at The Stephen Talkhouse and other local venues, including the annual Holiday lighting of the The Montauk Lighthouse.
