Photos: 'Bella Sera By The Sea' Spotlights National Jewish Health's Achievements

National Jewish Health​ has "changed the way children with food allergies, asthma and atopic dermatitis or eczema are treated worldwide."

EAST HAMPTON, NY — Friends and supporters gathered at the East Hampton home of Denver's National Jewish Health medical research facility Trustee Roger Silverstein and his wife Stacey last Saturday, for the third annual Bella Sera by the Sea.

Guests were updated on the outstanding research, care and treatment at the Silverstein Family Department of Pediatrics at National Jewish Health.

According to National Jewish Health, the facility, which focuses respiratory issues, has "changed the way children with food allergies, asthma and atopic dermatitis or eczema, are treated worldwide".

The event featured cocktails and conversation with Michael Salem, MD, President and CEO, National Jewish Health, and Pamela Zeitlin, MD, PhD, chair of the Silverstein Family Department of Pediatrics, National Jewish Health.

American Health magazine termed National Jewish Health "one of the finest U. S. hospitals in allergy, immunology and pulmonology for both adult and pediatric patients".

In attendance were Wendy and Stephen B. Siegel, CBRE chairman, Drs. Salem, Zeitlin and Louis DePalo, Michele and Marty Cohen, Guild Hall board chairman, Colombe Nicholas and Leonard Rosenberg, Ofer and Shari Yardini, Kathy Chazan and Larry Miller.
