MONTAUK, NY: Heroes gathered for a night of fun and fellowship Tuesday evening when the Montauk Fire Department and Chief Joseph Lenahan hosted the South Fork Fire Police Association Dinner at the Montauk Fire House.

Members of Fire Police Companies, from Eastport to Montauk, gathered for food, fun and camaraderie.

MFD's Thom Fleming spoke about extrication, and SFFPA President Donna Bennett passed the baton to new President Derrick Edgar.

Participating Departments included Westhampton Beach, North Sea, Southampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, East Quogue, Amagansett, Montauk, Bridgehampton, Shelter Island, Quogue, Springs, Eastport and Hampton Bays.
