Photos: Irish Eyes Smiling in Montauk Sunday for 54th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade
Despite gray skies and chilly temperatures, the crowd enjoyed a day of fun for all.

EAST HAMPTON, NY - The 54th Annual Montauk St. Patrick's Day Parade, a beloved tradition, took place in Montauk Sunday, bringing scores out to celebrate the annual event.
The parade was a family-friendly happening filled with floats and fun including green face-painting, foam shamrocks and shillelaghs, and lucky beads and candy tossed from the floats of hometown businesses and fire trucks.

Long Island bagpipers marched in the parade, which kicked off on Edgemere Street and headed onto Main Street at the east end of town.
Among those pictured in photos: Amityville Highlanders American Legion Pipe Band band members, Long Island Ambassadors Drum and Bugle Corps members, East Hampton Town Justice Steven Tekulsky, East Hampton Deputy Supervisor Peter Van Scoyoc, Suffolk County Legislator Bridget Fleming, 2016 Grand Marshal Captain Paul Forsberg, East Hampton,Town Supervisor Larry Cantwell,on the viewing stand, and former grand marshal Joan Lycke who hosted Friday's "Behan's Annual Grand Marshal's Luncheon" at Montauk Yacht Club.
