Serafina's Porcini Pizza: Simple and Delicious
Made with just three ingredients, you'll want more.
Just like many of you, we think that if you have had one slice of pizza you've had them all; Not the case at in East Hampton.
The restaurant offers a variety of pizza pies, prepared in a specially constructed oven to ensure moisture-free and crispy pizza dough, according to the menu. The restaurant also says it uses a special water filtering system to prepare the dough to resemble the water in Naples.
While the Margherita pizza is the most popular pie, this pizza is just as simple and quite delicious.

Hows It Taste?: Who knew that three ingredients would work so well together? The mushrooms are perfectly tender. The crust is crispy with a slight sweetness. The crème fraiche adds just the right amount of creaminess that you would get cheese and the dill just brings the whole party together by brightening the dish.
Sides: Serafina offers a variety of salads that pair well with any of the pies or pasta dishes, but you can't go there without trying La Bruschetta. Four large slices of wood burning oven-toasted bread are topped with tomatoes, fresh basil and a touch of garlic ($7.95).
