Woman Caught With Heroin on Springy Banks Road: Police
The heroin came in four glassine envelopes labeled "Raw is War," police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY - A Bayport woman was caught with heroin in East Hampton, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Tara Lipsky, 33, was arrested on May 18 at 12:55 p.m. on Springy Banks Road when she was found with four glassine envelopes, labeled "Raw is War," that contained a "brown, powdery substance," police said.
That substance was later tested using an Opiates Reagant test and found to be heroin, police said.

Lipsky was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor, and released on $100 cash bail, police said.
