Man Vandalized Multiple Cars In East Meadow

Police say he damaged a dozen cars in the early morning hours on Sunday, and they're turning to the public for info.

Nassau County police are searching for a man who vandalized a dozen cars in East Meadow in the early morning on Sunday.

According to police, officers responded to several calls for criminal mischief to cars located on Karen Avenue, Madison Drive, Bryant Street and Central Drive North. The vandalism occurred between 12:01 and 10 a.m. on Sunday. Police say a man keyed the twelve cars, causing an undetermined amount of damage.

The man was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark pants. No other description is available.
