We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. With locations in Garden City and Syosset we train over 2,000 children each week at every swim level from Beginner to Olympian. Long Island Swim School offers swim lessons for children ages 2 - 14years old. East Meadow Avenue has been shut down at Noble Street after a water main broke just before 8 p.m. Tuesday. According to Hempstead Town workers at the scene, the cause of the rupture in the main is unknown. East Meadow Avenue has been shut down between Noble Street and Lenox Avenue while crews work to fix the main. Traffic was diverted onto nearby side streets, and workers hope to have that portion of East Meadow Avenue reopened within "a couple of hours." This is a breaking news story.
