"Non-essential" New Yorkers were ordered to remain home in a statewide mandate, announced by Gov. Andrew Cuomo, that went into effect Sunday night. New Yorkers will only be allowed to leave home for activities such as grocery shopping, getting medications and solitary exercise, according to the mandate. With food services still allowed to operate, you can get your coffee fix from Flux; you just can't hang out at the shop.
