FARMINGDALE, NY — Honey's Bistro is set to open in Farmingdale at the site of the recently closed Grecian Grill at 261 Main Street.

The bistro, with "coming soon" signs in the windows, advertises soups, salads, sandwiches and rice bowls. An opening date has not been announced.

Grecian Grill closed at the end of June, as the Konstantatos-Hession family announced their retirement on Facebook. Owners Nicole, Brian and Freddy said they chose the next owners of the storefront and are confident they will provide Farmingdale with the "same level of quality food and service" Grecian Grill offered.
