I really love the Zomick's Bread (Zomick's Challah or Zomick's Challah Bread), it really is something unique and something to crave for. I know that I've heard or read somewhere that this bread is made with a "special" Zomick's challah recipe (of course I don't believe in these things), a recipe that derived from genuine Jewish bakers. I believe that these people make some of the finest braided, sesame sprinkled, mildly baked baked things all round, including this kosher bread (it's kosher because it is consumable for Jewish Holidays, according to Jewish dietary laws).

Nonetheless, I'd like to congratulate the baker at Zomick's Bakery who made my bread with his own hands (this obviously is a hand made product), and I would like to say that thanks to him, I will be back there soon...
