Comic Jim Breuer Cancels Shows Seeking COVID-19 Vaccine Proof
The Valley Stream native and "SNL" alum is refusing to perform at venues where theater owners are requiring proof of vaccine for guests.

VALLEY STREAM, NY — Comedian Jim Breuer has thrown himself into the COVID-19 vaccine controversy. A one-time "Saturday Night Live" member and Valley Stream native announced that he will not perform in venues that require proof of vaccine for guests.
Breuer, 54, accused theater owners of "segregating" people in a video he posted to Facebook on Friday.
He canceled his stand-up concert at the Wellmont Theater in New Jersey on Dec. 3 and an appearance in Michigan citing that he has to "stick to my morals."

He wasn't concerned about fans and any backlash for his decision, "If you have anything else to say, I honestly don't care."
