Someone broke into the trunk of a car parked on Hempstead Turnpike in Hewlett on Dec. 21 and stole two packages.
Mohammad Mayan, 61, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on Dec. 21 at Costco, located on Rockaway Turnpike in North Lawrence, and was charged with shoplifting.
