Police say it has been a pattern left in front of neighbors' homes.

HEWLETT, NY — A Hewlett man was arrested after leaving an envelope filled with anti-Semitic remarks in front of a home, police said.
William Quigley, 52, is charged with second-degree harassment and two counts of stalking, according to police.
The victim's son, 7, was awoken by loud screaming at Thursday midnight. Reviewing the doorbell surveillance camera, a neighbor was observed leaving a package that had hate-filled symbols on the outside, detectives said.
