Nassau Police Searching For Missing Elderly Man

Police are searching for an elderly man with dementia that was last seen Thursday morning in a deli in Valley Stream.

According to police, Jacques Magloire, 79, who also goes by Jacko, was last seen at a deli on Dutch Broadway and Fletcher Avenue. Magliore is a black man, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, 140 pounds with a bald head, brown eyes and clean-shaven face. He was last seen wearing blue jeans a white T-shirt, a black hooded jacket, a brown baseball cap and black boots. Magliore speaks Creole and some English.

Police ask that anyone with any information about his whereabouts to call the Missing Person Squad at 516-573-7347, or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
