Queens Man Arrested With Drugs, Skimming Device: Police

BREAKING: Police say they responded to a call for a drug infraction, and also found credit card stealing tools.

A Queens man was arrested in Elmont Monday night after police say they found him drugs and forged credit cards.

According to police, officers responded to a call for a narcotics violation on Ruby Street, just before 8 p.m. When they arrived, police say they found Tyrone Warren, 34, of 191 Street, Springfield Gardens, in possession of two large plastic bags of marijuana, Oxycodone pills, forged credit cards and a credit card skimming device.

Warren is charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, and fourth- and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday in First District Court in Hempstead.
