Two Armed Men Robbed Nassau Gas Station
Police are searching for the men, who ran off with cash and the store's safe.

Nassau police are searching for two armed men who robbed a gas station early Saturday morning.
According to police, the two men entered the Valero Gas Station located at 758 Franklin Ave. in North Valley Stream at 5:10 a.m. One of the men pointed a handgun at the 21-year-old clerk and demanded cash. The clerk opened the register and gave the cash to the second man. The two men then fled with the cash, and the store safe, on foot south on Franklin Avenue. No one was injured.
The first man was wearing pants with white stripes, a black top with white stripes and a mask. The second man was 6 feet, 2 inches tall with a medium build, wearing black pants, a hoodie and a black mask.

Detectives ask that anyone with information about this crime call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
