UPDATE: Missing Schizophrenic Roosevelt Man Found in 'Good Condition'

David Shand, 51, of Roosevelt, who was reported missing earlier this week, has been found as of Wednesday afternoon and is in "good condition," according to Nassau Police.

ORIGINAL STORY:

A schizophrenic Roosevelt man was reported missing on Monday afternoon, according to Nassau Police.

David Shand, 51, who is 5-foot-10 and 190 pounds with brown eyes, was last seen leaving his Roosevelt home on foot on July 4 at 1 p.m.

He was wearing a black and white striped short sleeve shirt, blue jeans and brown slippers.

David is in need of medication, according to police.
