Hempstead Town Senior Councilman Anthony J. Santino and Councilwoman Dorothy Goosby recently presented an official Town of Hempstead Certificate of Recognition on the occasion of the grand opening of Mint Restaurant, located on Ring Road in E. Garden City, where they sampled Indian delicacies.
Restaurateur Gary Sikka, who also owns With Mint, located in midtown Manhattan, brings the NYC dining experience to Long Island, featuring a beautifully lit dining area, outdoor rooftop dining, lounge and bar. Also at the grand opening were Mohinder Taneja of Westbury and Bably Sikka and Dr. Sanjay Goyal of Baldwin.
