Cops: Hempstead Man Brandished Gun While Driving
Incident happened Tuesday afternoon, police said.

A man faces charges after he was seen brandishing a gun while he drove through the streets of Hempstead Tuesday, according to Nassau County Police.
Hempstead Police found Andre Isaac, 19, of Hempstead, on Seaman Avenue at 2:47 p.m. Tuesday, police said. Witnesses called police after they saw Isaacs driving around the neighborhood with a gun, cops said. Isaacs had a .38 revolver on him at the time of his arrest, police said.
Isaacs was charged with second- and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
