Uber Driver Exposed Himself To Female Passenger: Police

A 24-year-old man working as an Uber driver exposed himself to a female passenger in Nassau County Monday morning, police said.

According to Garden City Police detectives, Taylor Evans, of Elmont, picked up the passenger at her home in Bethpage around 7:30 a.m. While traveling on Old Country Road in Garden City, Evans undid the zipper on his pants and exposed himself, police said.

Evans continued to expose himself for the duration of the ride, police said.

Evans is charged with one count of public lewdness and will be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
