Glen Cove School Budget Passes, Board Members Elected
Voters have decided on a proposed 2015-16 budget.

Glen Cove residents approved the school district’s $82.5 million proposed budget on Tuesday by a margin of 731-247.
The budget includes a 4.04 percent increase in spending over the current year and carries a 2.04 percent tax levy increase, which is within the state’s tax cap.
Gail Nedbor-Gross (671 votes) has been reelected to the board. Amy Franklin (654 votes) and Maria Venuto (523 votes) have also been elected.
