Man Murdered On Koreatown Sidewalk: NYPD
Officers arrived to the scene and found Howard Chi with a stab wound to the chest, police said.
KOREATOWN, NY — Police are investigating the murder of an Upper East Side man that occurred early Sunday morning on a Koreatown sidewalk.
At about 5:10 a.m., officers responded to the front of Food Gallery 32 at 11 West 32 St. to a 911 call of an assault in progress, police told Patch.
When officers arrived, they found Howard Chi, 33, with a stab wound to the chest. Chi was transported to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased, police said.
