The MSPC Gala Returns with Power of the Park 2026

On April 16, MSPC is proud to host the Power of the Park Gala, highlighting Madison Square Park’s role in catalyzing one of New York City’s most vibrant neighborhoods, which sits at the intersection of fashion, technology, arts, finance, real estate and media. All funds raised go towards maintaining and conserving Madison Square Park, the only public park that receives no operating funds from the city.

This year’s event honors three “Founding Women” – distinguished leaders in their industries who founded their own enterprises and are driving economic vitality and innovation in the city:

• MaryAnne Gilmartin - Founder & CEO of MAG Partners, a WBE-certified development firm with a $1 billion New York pipeline

• Barbara Kolsun - Founder & Director of FAME Center and Professor of Practice at Cardozo Law School, the first law school program providing training to represent businesses driven by the creative process

• Julie Samuels - Founder & CEO of Tech:NYC, a membership organization representing New York’s growing tech industry

The evening will feature a moderated discussion with the three honorees, as well as a live auction of once-in-a-lifetime experiences, including an unforgettable trip to Fort Worth, Texas, to experience its world-famous Stock Show & Rodeo from the Chairman’s Box and curated tours of the town’s amazing art museums.
