NYC Sanitation Employee Arrested for DUI, Refusing Breathalyzer
Gaetan Gaudin was arrested in Gramercy after being pulled over by cops Wednesday morning.

GRAMERCY, NY — A New York City Employee was arrested early Wednesday morning in the Gramercy area, police said.
At around 4:35 a.m., Gaetan Gaudin, 40, was charged with driving while intoxicated, equipment violation for no headlights, and refusal to take breath test.
Gaudin works at the New York City Department of Sanitation.
