Three Pot Smokers Arrested At Penn Station For Harassing Subway Conductor, Assaulting Passenger
The three men punched the onlooker in the face and fractured his nose and eye socket, sources told the Daily News.
MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — Police arrested three pot-smoking subway riders who harassed a conductor and assaulted a passenger early Sunday morning, the Daily News reports.
At about 5:45 a.m., Latiq Deveaux, 22; Lezon Deveaux, 21; and Kinard Oliver, 19, were riding the downtown No. 3 train while smoking weed.
Police told Patch the three men also appeared to be heavily intoxicated.

When the train reached Penn Station, the conductor asked the three men to get off. The men refused and started yelling at her and banging on her door, police told Patch.
A 51-year-old male bystander tried to stop the men and told them to get off the train. The men then punched the onlooker in the face and fractured his nose and eye socket, police said.

Police arrested the men for gang assault and assault in the second degree at around 5:50 a.m., police told Patch.
