Cops: Two Women Arrested For Great Neck Assault, Robbery

Two women were arrested for an assault and robbery in Great Neck on Wednesday, according to Nassau County police.
Brittney Williams, 22, of Roslyn Heights, and Latoya Garza, 25, of Manhasset, have been charged with second degree assault, first degree robbery and first degree burglary.
Police say Williams had a verbal argument with the 27-year-old male victim at his Great Neck residence at about 9 p.m. At approximately 9:45 p.m., Williams, Garza and three other people not yet arrested, went to the residence were the victim was assaulted, according to police.
The victim sustained injuries to his head and face including left eye pain and blurred vision. He was transported to North Shore University Hospital for treatment of his injuries. The victim also suffered a loss of personal property worth approximately $500 during the assault.
Both women will be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead.
