Great Neck Man Charged with Burglary
Surveillance cameras captured the man on video entering a Lake Success apartment without permission, police say.

A Great Neck man was arrested in connection with a Lake Success burglary, authorities said Thursday.
Nassau Police say a man living at Fresh Meadow Country Club told property management that while he was away from Dec. 1-3, someone had entered his apartment, and that $1,200 that had been hidden in his kitchen was missing.
Surveillance cameras had captured video of a country club employee, David B. Pierre, 27, entering the apartment without permission. Lake Success Police responded and arrested Pierre without incident, authorities said.

Pierre is charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, and fourth-degree grand larceny.
He was scheduled for arraignment Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
