Nassau County Legislator Judi Bosworth (D-Great Neck) is pleased to sponsor a mammogram van in the 10th Legislative District at Great Neck House on Thursday, June 27, 2013, from 8:45 a.m. – 12 p.m.
This special program is courtesy of Nassau University Medical Center. Applicants must be at least 40 years of age and priority appointments will be given to women without health insurance, who will not be charged for the service.
Appointments are required. Please call Legislator Bosworth’s office at 516-571-6210 to schedule an appointment and find out what materials you must bring with you.
