Soulful Sundown - A Very Unique Event

Evening Worship led by Rev.
Jennifer Brower
- Special performances by Gathering of Friends Band, and singer/songwriter Honor Finnegan, hosted by WFUV's John Platt.

This multigenerational evening service is a unique event,
normally held on the second Friday of each month, October through May. It begins
with a $4.00 soup and salad supper (optional), followed by worship and then entertainment at the FREE Shelter Rock coffeehouse. Members, friends and visitors are all welcome. Registration is not necessary, and refreshments

are provided. Childcare is available.

Rev. Jennifer L. Brower’s Soulful Sundown worship service weaves
together spoken word with contemporary live music performed by the Gathering of Friends band:

Special guest Honor Finnegan is the Susan Boyle of
quirky indie folk, only hotter. Her songs are humorous then heartbreaking with
melodies that soar. Based in New York City, she has been making a splash in the
northeastern regional folk scene with her original songs and ukulele playing.
Combining elements of musical theatre, comedy, traditional folk, and poetry,
Honor is cooler than the other side of the pillow. www.honorfinnegan.com
