U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Class of 2013 to Graduate
Gen. William M. Fraser III to deliver commencement address.

The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy will graduate 201 during their commencement ceremony June 17.
The Class of 2013 has chosen Gen. William M. Fraser III, commander, U.S. Transportation Command, to be their keynote speaker.
Graduates represent nearly every state, as well as Malaysia, South Korea, Republic of Panama and Singapore.

Approximately 2,300 guests are expected to attend the event, including family members and guests of the graduating class, and distinguished visitors representing the federal government, flag and general officers from the armed forces, senior executives from the maritime industry, community leaders, alumni, faculty and staff.
Also speaking at the event will be the class president Spencer Fletcher, from LaBelle, Fla., and the class valedictorian from Lancaster, N.H.
The ceremony will take place in Kings Point at Tomb Field, 300 Steamboat Rd.
