Hicksville Man Who Assaulted 4-Year-Old Girl, Her Parents Arrested Again: Police
He yelled at the father and daughter who had an order of protection against him, police say.
A Hicksville man who assaulted a 4-year-old girl and her parents last month was arrested again Saturday for yelling at members of the same family, police say.
Authorities responded to Acre Lane where they were met by the father who said David Wallach, 19, yelled at him and his daughter from a car while they were in the park at Dutch Lane Elementary School, located at 50 Stewart Ave., at around 6:50 p.m.
The family has a stay away order of protection on Wallach from their previous incident with him.

Wallach was arrested Saturday and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and will be arraigned Sunday at First District Court in Hempstead.
