The President of the LI African American Chamber of Commerce is the 2019 Small Business Champion for the NY District Office of the USA SBA

Long Island, New York - Earlier this year Phil Andrews, President of the Long Island African American Chamber, Inc. was named by the New York District Office of the United States Small Business Administration the 2019 Small Business Champion which covers Downstate, New York. The New York District Office covers 14 counties in Downstate, New York.

Prior to serving as President of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. Mr. Andrews served as a two-term President of the 100 Black Men of Long Island, Inc. and is President-Emeritus of the Black Public Relations Society - New York, Inc.

He has appeared on Wabc Here and Now and NBC's Positively Black, and is a Black Enterprise Magazine BE Modern Man.
