"Patriocracy" , a new documentary from writer/producer director Briane Malone ,tackles the current political climate and the way the media creates and shapes public opinion. It opens by showing American American politics as divisive and dysfunctional and states without compromise, the system fails. It poses the questions: How did we get here? How do we get out? The LWV of Huntington, LWV of Smithtown, and LWV of East Nassau are pleased to be sponsoring this important and timely film at the Cinema Arts Centre.
