Free Cinema Kids at Cinema Arts Centre

The Huntington theater is offering special monthly screenings for kids 12 and under.

Huntington’s Cinema Arts Centre is hosting a series of free movies for children 12 and under on Sunday, Jan. 18 at 12 p.m.

This Sunday’s program is ”Watership Down.” The classic film adaptation of Richard Adams’ beloved novel about a group of rabbits who venture out in search of sanctuary and a new life free of fear and tyrannical leaders when their habitat is threatened by human development, “Watership Down” will screen in the Cinema for Kids monthly series on Sunday, Jan. 18, at 12 p.m. at Cinema Arts Centre, 423 Park Ave., in Huntington.

This film, rated PG, features frightening moments; parental discretion is recommended.
