Huntington Police Blotter: Man Possessed Cocaine, Fentanyl
The man had more than 500 milligrams of cocaine, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from March 6 through March 12.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Anderson Pervalus, 34, of Queens Village, was found in possession of cocaine weighing more than 500 milligrams and fentanyl packaged in a way that is consistent with narcotics sales at the corner of Republic Road and Court North Drive in Melville, police said. He was arrested in Melville and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to sell, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on March 12.
- Shamel Robinson, 25, of Huntington Station, stole clothes from Target on East Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station on Dec. 9 and Dec. 12, police said. Robinson was found to be in possession of a 2018 Honda Accord and credit card that were previously reported stolen, police said. He was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with one count of third-degree criminal possession of stolen property: value of property more than $3,000, one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property: possession of credit card, and two counts of petty larceny on March 10.
