Huntington Resident Among 12 Hispanic-American Artists Featured in Exhibition
The exhibition celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month, and is part of the Arts Alive LI – Arts Month festival.

Juliana Bedoya, a 17-year old student at Harborfields High School, is among 12 Hispanic American artists from Long Island whose work is featured in the current Hispanic Heritage Month Exhibition at Bloomingdale’s Furniture Gallery at Roosevelt Field Mall.
Part of the Arts Alive LI – Arts Month celebration, which extends through Oct. 31, the Hispanic Heritage Month Exhibition runs through Oct. 26. The exhibition features the work of 12 Hispanic Long Island resident artists. Many pieces are for sale.
An artists’ reception to kick-off the exhibition recently took place at the Bloomingdale’s Furniture Gallery.

A multi-medium artist, Bedoya works in charcoal, oil paint, colored pencil, watercolor and colored pencil. Six of her pieces are currently featured in the exhibition.
