Motorcycle Bursts into Flames in Jericho Turnpike Crash
The crash occurred late Saturday morning.
A crash between a car and a motorcycle caused the motorcycle to burst into flames on Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station on Saturday.
According to fire officials, the crash occurred near the Best Market Shopping center at 11 a.m.
The motorcyclist was taken to Huntington Hospital by the Huntington Community First Aid Squad.

The accident closed traffic on East Jericho Turnpike between Beverly Road and Totten Avenue.
About 25 Huntington Manor firefighters responded to the scene with three engines and a heavy rescue truck, under the direction of chief Frank McQuade and assistant chiefs Mike DePasquale and Chuck Brady.
