Rocker Ace Frehley to Play Huntington
The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer and founding member of Kiss will be in town Nov. 20.

Former lead guitarist and founding member of Kiss, Ace Frehley, is performing at the Paramount in Huntington on Nov. 20.
Frehley is on tour to support of the release of his most recent recording, Space Invader (eOne Music).
It’s the first solo album in five years for the 2014 Rock and Roll Hall of Famer. Space Invader debuted at Number 9 on the Billboard 200 Chart – said to be the highest position ever reached by a solo Kiss member.

The album includes 11 new original songs and a cover of the Steve Miller classic “The Joker.”
Frehley’s touring band includes bassist Chris Wyse, rhythm guitarist Richie Scarlet and drummer Scot Coogan. Wyse previously recorded with Ozzy Osbourne, played on Mick Jagger’s 2001 solo album, and has been a band member of The Cult since 2006. Wyse also covers bass and vocals duties in his solo project, Owl, who has a new EP due out in 2015.

Scarlet performed rhythm guitar and vocals on Frehley’s Trouble Walking in 1989. Scarlet toured with Frehley in 1984 and 1985 and periodically from 1989–1995, and is also known for touring with Sebastian Bach.
Coogan is an Ace Frehley touring band veteran and was a member of Nikki Sixx’s Brides of Destruction recording and touring band in 2004 and was Lita Ford’s touring drummer in 2012.
Meanwhile, Frehley is ready to hit the road.
“I can’t wait to hit the road again with this new lineup,” says Frehley.
“I’ll be performing Ace classics as well as songs off my new CD, ‘Space Invader,’ for the enjoyment of the fans,“ he added. “Let there be rock!”
