South Parking Garage to Reopen Parking Spaces on Fourth Level
The Huntington train station South Parking Garage will have 116 open parking spaces available beginning Wednesday.

The Town of Huntington plans to reopen spaces on the fourth level of the South Parking Garage at the Huntington train station on Wednesday.
Sections of the parking garage were closed earlier this year as part of an emergency repair project on the fifth level.
The 116 fourth-level stalls, which were situated directly below the fifth-level repair work, were closed as a safety precaution. Fifth-level work included removing parking deck concrete, repairing post-tensioned cables and installing a new, epoxy-coated welded wire steel fabric for reinforcement.

The Town of Huntington feels that the remaining work no longer presents a safety hazard to persons and vehicles on the fourth level.
The 112 fifth-level stalls are scheduled to reopen on Monday, April 20.
