
Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Commack gas station that occurred on Monday night.
Police say two men, one armed with what appeared to be a handgun, entered American Gas, located at 365 Veterans Memorial Highway, at 7:20 p.m.
The men demanded money from an employee, who complied, police said.

The robbers then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No injuries were reported. No arrests have been made.

A St. James gas station was robbed in a similar fashion last week by two men. Police did not say if they believe the robberies are related.
