The Mamaroneck boy’s soccer and field hockey teams did very well Wednesday winning both their games in convincing fashion. The Tiger volleyball team didn’t fair as well at home against New Rochelle and the Rye Neck soccer team was shut out by Dobbs Ferry.

Game: Mount Vernon @ Mamaroneck

Score: Mamaroneck Won 8-1
Highlights: The Tigers beat up on Mount Vernon as the game was never in doubt. Six first half goals all but sealed the deal for Mamaroneck as Scott Greenberg and Omar Fernandez each put in scores.

Game: Mamaroneck @ Sleepy Hollow
Score: Mamaroneck Won 9-0
Highlights: Mamaroneck dominated the game as Alicia Meglio picked up three goals in the victory. Nina Kumar had two saves in goal for the Tigers.
Sport: Volleyball
Game: New Rochelle @ Mamaroneck
Score: Mamaroneck Lost 3-0
Highlights: New Rochelle survived the Tigers as they took on Mamaroneck in a tough three set match 25-17, 27-25, and 25-22. The Huguenots were led by Carly Conca who dished out 10 assists and Ashleigh Scozzari who had seven kills on the day. Alex Sternklar had six kills for the Tigers in the losing effort.
Sport: Girl’s Soccer
Game: Dobbs Ferry @ Rye Neck
Score: Rye Neck Lost 4-0
Highlights: Dobbs Ferry came into Rye Neck and defeated the Panthers thanks to Alyssa Chipelo and Midori Kihara who each had two goals. In the loss Rye Neck’s Kayla Pugliese had 10 saves.

In girl’s soccer, The Tigers will look to devour the Koalas at home at 4:15 p.m.
In girl’s swimming, Sleepy Hollow will take on Mamaroneck at Hommocks Middle School.
In girl’s tennis, Rye Neck will hit the road to take on Edgemont at 4:15 p.m.
In volleyball, Rye Neck is at Pleasantville for a 4:30 p.m. game.
