Larchmont Ends Moratorium, Building Permits Can Be Issued
The village halted development while it sorted out new rules and regulations.
LARCHMONT, NY — Building permits can now be obtains for approved applications in the Village of Larchmont.
The village board passed six new resolutions at a meeting Monday which will go into effect this week and remove the need for the building moratorium, according to article on lohud.com.
