Music, Levittown and Me

Bob Koenig introduces himself and his music to Levittown Patch.

For this second installment of my music blog here at Levittown Patch, I thought it best to explain a bit of myself.

I have been into music for many years, having issued a CD "Abbey Lane" with songs about Levittown for our 60th Anniversary.

Before living in Levittown, I once was a manager for TSS Record Department on Hempstead Turnpike.

Thus, I was selling the community music way before this CD was even thought of.

For this music blog, I'd like to be able to hear what kind of music do Levittowners listen to these days. Any local artists wish to be reviewed here?

I'll also look at some history of music in Levittown.
